SolidWorks Drafter

SolidWorks Drafter needed in Everett

Northwest Staffing Resources in Everett is currently partnered with one of our clients, a display manufacturer in Everett, to hire for a SolidWorks Drafter

Create 3-D drawings using SolidWorks software, in a short lead time, to meet fit, form, function, design, quality, cost, ease of manufacturing and assembly.

Read and interpret blue prints and construction documents, enter bill of materials, participate in ENTIRE manufacturing process flow – design engineering, purchasing, planning machining, building, shipping, installing

Work must be adjusted and completed to fall within allotted time frames in conjunction with product engineer.

If you like to create and build custom cabinets and translate that into detailed CAD shop drawings, then WE WANT YOU!

REQUIREMENTS:

• SolidWorks whiz with own site license.
• Broad knowledge of materials applications (metal, plastics, wood, etc.). Communicate, oral and written, in a positive and professional manner.
• Open and respectful interpersonal skills and able to collaborate on teams effectively.
• Initiative and self-directed. Detail oriented, organized, strong follow-through.
• Flexible and thrives in dynamic and changing environment.
• SolidWorks, Autocad, Adobe, MRP systems experience.
• Technical writing of assembly/construction instructions experience desired
• Bachelor degree or 1+ years related experience needed
• Hands-on work in a manufacturing environment, experience with wood products a plus.

SHIFT: Mon - Fri 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

PAY: DOE
