Essential job duties include, but are not limited to:





  • Diagnoses, performs, inspects, delegates, and monitors property-wide maintenance and repair items timely and effectively




  • Conducts and/or attending regular safety meetings




  • Ensures maintenance team members follow all OSHA and Company safety policies




  • Supervises preventative maintenance programs for all site equipment, i.e.; central air-conditioning systems, hot water, etc.




  • Strives continually to reduce maintenance related expenses while ensuring community is kept at Company required standards




  • Develops and mentors team members to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team







Job Requirements



The ideal candidate must:





  • Have a minimum of five (5) years Maintenance Supervisor experience




  • Have HVAC and pool certifications




  • Have a high level of competency in plumbing, heating and cooling systems, pool care and maintenance, painting, carpentry, roofing, and fencing




  • Possess strong time-management and organizational skills




  • Thrive in a team-oriented, fast pasted environment




  • Be an effective team builder and motivator




  • Must genuinely enjoy working with and helping people




  • Have excellent communication skills




  • Have solid and consistent work history with excellent references




  • Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently




  • Drug and background testing required Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus excellent benefit package and an outstanding bonus program.
