LSI is looking for someone to work out of our Cary, NC office in the position of Support Assistant. This position reports to our support team and handles many of the daily research and data entry tasks necessary to keep our support queues running smoothly.

Your day-to-day job will be primarily working on research projects (gathering data from a multiple web sources and combining that data into Excel spreadsheets), entering data into online forms and updating HTML files as needed.

This job involves lots of Excel spreadsheets, so a thorough understanding of Excel is a must! You must have an understanding of HTML or CSS, or the ability to learn the basics in very short order.

Required Qualifications / Skills:

- Extreme attention to detail

- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently with interruptions

- Ability to communicate well with team members and clients as needed

- Excellent writing and verbal skills

- A thorough understanding of Excel

- An understanding of HTML and CSS

Tools we use a lot: Google analytics, Podio, Liquid Planner, HipChat, ZenDesk. We also have our own custom suite of web applications that we have developed in-house that you will need to become familiar with.

We will consider part-time or full-time applicants. Part-time must be willing to work at least 20 hours per week, with a starting time of 8am.
