Manpower is currently recruiting for a dynamic Customer Service Representative III to work for client in Tucker, GA!
Job Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:
- Take telephonic Medicaid applications for the State of Georgia.
- Assist callers in a fast paced call center environment applying basic knowledge of Medicaid services.
- Respond to questions regarding member and provider eligibility.
- Accurately and timely documenting member applications and inquiries.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in call center industry.
- Medical background preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of call center performance metrics and call quality guidelines.
- Competency with Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong multi-tasking, organizational, prioritization and follow up skills.
- Ability to take constructive feedback, self-starter, motivated, and a team player.
- Length of Contract: 7 months
- Location: Tucker, GA 30084
- Working Hours: 8:00AM-5:30PM
