SAS Market Data Analyst needed for a long-term contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Charlotte, NC.
Please note that this position does not allow for working remotely, as such the incumbent must be able to work onsite in client's Charlotte, NC location. Must be currently eligible to work in the US for any employer.
Top Skills You Should Possess:
- SAS 9.3 programming experience
- Knowledge of how marketing departments use SAS
- Predictive modeling
What You'll Be Doing:
- Support the market and customer insights team with various market research activities including data mining, analytics, and info mining of secondary research of both a qualitative and quantitative nature.
- The "analytics associate" will be helping us with predictive modeling and list generation.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Base SAS Programmer
- We need someone who is a knowledgeable SAS programmer with customer-side experience.
- Preferred candidate would be able to program and model SAS 9.3 or similar.
- Looking for someone who has been on the customer facing side and knows how marketing people use SAS.
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:
- Applied Math and / or Statistics
- Power Pivot training
- SQL skills and training
- Enterprise Miner
- Certs and SAS SQL strongly preferred.
