Bilingual (English/Spanish) CSR/Admin - Full-time / Part-time

Our clients are seeking administrative professionals that are able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish. Please review the following functions:

answer calls professionally
respond to customer inquiries
research required information using available resources
handle and appropriately direct customer complaints to the respective groups for them to further act on the complaint
provide customers with product and service information
enter customer information
identify and escalate priority issues
route calls to appropriate resource
follow up customer calls where necessary
complete call logs
process requests for Fentanyl Overlays
provide replacement product when required
produce call reports
Writes SOP's and works with the supervisor to create process flow
