Job Description
Mayo Clinic Health System is transitioning our nursing home and assisted living operations to another long-term care provider --- Dove Healthcare & Affiliates. Pending state approval, Dove Healthcare & Affiliates will become the licensed operator of our nursing homes and assisted living facilities on October 1, 2015. Nursing Home positions will be initially hired as Mayo Clinic Health system staff, with a transition to Dove Healthcare employees effective October 1 st 2015.

Dove Healthcare
Assists residents with activities of daily living, provides basic nursing care to residents and assists in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the RN in charge of the team and/or unit, in cooperation with Therapy Services.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English
License or Certification:
Active Wisconsin CNA Certification. Current BLS Certification
Benefit Eligible: Yes
Exemption Status: Non-exempt
Hours/Pay Period: 64 hours every 2 weeks
Schedule Details: 2:15-10:45pm PM Shift
Weekend Schedule: Every other weekend and holiday
Compensation Detail: Education, experience, and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended. The minimum pay rate is $12.43 per hour
