SUMMARY:
Implement and ensure compliance with approved procedures, train, supervise and monitor performance of employee to ensure smooth and efficient gaming during shift. Responsible for the protection of the Horseshoe's assets within assigned areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Safeguard casino assets.
Implements and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and gaming regulatory requirements.
Specifically supervise the operation of an assigned number of tables and dealers.
Responsible for the training and equitable treatment of all table games personnel.
Ensure fills/credits are handled according to policy.
Promote outstanding guest relations.
Assist in answering questions or resolving disputes.
Promote the following within the department and among all associates: Create an atmosphere of fun for all casino guests. Encourage mutual respect, dignity, and integrity with all associates by setting a positive example at all times. Instill an atmosphere that encourages associates to share ideas, discuss concerns and resolve disputes. Retain associates through personal involvement in associate training and development.
Support and maintain Horseshoe courtesy guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Directly supervises an assigned number of dealers.
SIGNATORY ABILITY:
Signatory ability include; orders for fills and credits, fills and credits slips, key control, markers and customer balance records, table inventory forms, and complimentary rooms, food, beverage.
Qualifications:
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. LICENSE:
Must be able to obtain a Louisiana Gaming License. Must be at least 21 years of age.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Basic knowledge of a Casino Credit system beneficial
Previous experience in a leadership position preferred.
Game knowledge/experience of at least two Pit Games required.
