We are currently recruiting for All Positions (FT/PT) in our location - North Reading, MA

Sales Associate - Under the direction of store management, the Sales Associate performs a range of duties to meet the needs of customers and the business. These duties include performing sales transactions and assisting customers on the sales floor. The Sales Associate also works as part of the store team to merchandise and maintain the sales and stockroom areas according to company policies and procedures.

Ad Coordinator - Under the direction of the Store Management, the Ad Coordinator is responsible for the execution of Ad (ROP or Flyer), Crazy Deal, and Internet Coupon Program setups, as well as driving sales within each program.Candidate should be a seasoned associate, capable of executing merchandising directives in supporting the sales floor as needed, demonstrating the appropriate amount of urgency with all deadlines.

Department Head - under the direction of store management, the Department Head performs a range of duties to meet the needs of customers and the business. These duties include merchandising and maintaining the sales and stock room areas of their assigned department(s) according to company policies and procedures. The Department Head also works as part of the store team to perform sales transactions and assist customers on the sales floor.

Front End Supervisor - Under the direction of store management, the Front End Supervisor is responsible for the protection of company assets. The Front End Supervisor provides customer service and oversight of front-of -store activities in accordance with all company policies and procedures.

Maintenance - Under the direction of store management, the responsibilities of the Maintenance person are the care of all store facilities according to company standards. This includes maintenance of floors, windows, restrooms, office and employee areas. Some minor exterior maintenance per store lease specifications. Other duties may include merchandising and customer service.

Operations Supervisor - Under the direction of the Store Management, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for the control of cash related media, receiving, and inventory control paperwork, and the overall operational efficiency of the store's office. Administrative duties include; HR record keeping, new hire orientations, and follow up on corporate directives.

Receiver - Under the direction of store management, the Receiver performs a range of duties to meet the needs of customers and the business. Primary duties include maintaining the receiving and stock room area according to company policies and procedures.

Visual Merchandiser - The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for setting and maintaining "Visual Merchandise Presentations" in the promotional space at the front of the store along with the presentation in other areas based on the direction of the Store Management and the Visual Merchandising Department.
