Skills & Experience
Minimum one (1)year experience in a printing or document imaging setting, working directly with Copiers / Printers clearing paper jams, errors and/or document reproduction.
Proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook), Internet Explorer &Firefox Browsers.
Stronginterpersonal, verbal communication and client relations skills.
Responsible, reliable & accountable.
Summary -
An entry level position requiring strong attention to detail for data entry and billing tasks. IT related tasks to support of internal and/or external networks and perform Level 1 troubleshooting.
Candidate should posess a positive work ethic, a strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Essential Functions -
o Must have strong attention to detail and knowledge of MS Excel, Windows 7
o Able to perform routine, repetitive functions
o Excellent customer service skills
o Communicate effectively with customers, team members and management
o Maintain a clean, orderly, safe and secure work environment
o Perform additional duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications
o Minimum 2 years work experience in data entry, billing and/or IT
o May be subject to US Government background investigation
o Prior military experience highly desired
Pay: $14-$21/hour

Duties:
Process account information, customer information, and a variety of other forms of documents by resolving inconsistencies and reviewing data for errors using standard data entry procedures.
Requesting further information for documents that are deemed incomplete.
Verifying, correcting, deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources before entering into a file
Entering information into specific files or forms from recorded material, hand written pages or figures contained in printed files.
Assisting with various other administrative assignments as they arise including mailings, faxing, filing, and copying.
