The Finance Senior Analyst will be the key Sales Finance consolidation point across National Grocery and Club/Mass customers for the beverage businesses.
Responsibilities:
Work with Customer Sales Finance teams to consolidate periodic, annual, AOP and ad hoc reporting is efficient and correct
Streamline existing processes across customers to drive efficiencies in the reporting and AOP processes
Ensure consistent accurate reporting to warrant strategic initiatives are being delivered
Partner with Commercial Finance and Sales Finance leadership both in Chicago and New York to ensure multiple customer needs are being met
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business or accounting (MBA a plus)
5+ years accounting or budget/financial analysis experience
Prefer previous consumer products related industry experience
Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate analytical findings into actionable solutions/processes
Good people skills to manage information-gathering requests and have a positive influence on team members
Results-oriented, able to complete assignments in a timely and accurate manner, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and able to quickly learn various in-house software applications. Working knowledge of SAP (especially CRM) a plus but not necessarily a requirement
Able to work on own with minimal day to day supervision
Ability to build relationships, manage conflict and embrace change
