Aerotek's client is in need of an HR Administrator to assist their organization on a temporary basis.

Compensation: $18/HR - $19/HR

Duration: 6 Months

  • Support Human Resources Immigration Specialist with correspondence and projects
  • Update/scan Personnel files into electronic filing system
  • Responsible for creating and posting all employee communications and announcements related to personnel changes, policy changes, career posting etc.
  • Coordinate all TUS Charitable Contribution requests from external programs and employee requests.
  • Prepare New Hire benefits package and coordinate delivery with Talent Management Specialist.
  • Assist Talent Management Specialist with event coordination
  • Support and Coordinate special projects with other members of Human Resources when needed.

Experience: Previous experience in Human Resources is preferred. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail is required. Previous administrative experience required; experience working in a mid-size to large corporation strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work as a team player.

Education: Associate's degree and/or Bachelor degree in business administration or related field strongly preferred.
