Electrical Designer

Summary:

Aerotek is currently looking for an experienced electrical engineer to work for a growing firm in the Lee's Summit area. This firm works on electrical design for commercial and residential projects. A great candidate will be able to work from home. They are looking to interview as soon as possible.

Qualifications:

• Our ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical Engineering with 6-10 years of experience. Qualified applicants should be able to demonstrate success in the following skills and abilities:

1. Related internship and coursework in the design of building electrical systems
2. Knowledge of building electrical and energy codes, power systems, lighting systems and controls
3. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills - will have client facing responsibilities
4. Highly proficient in the use of AutoCAD and related engineering modeling tools
5. Ability to meet fast-paced deadlines while maintaining quality design - high turnaround project times
