In this role you’ll go above and beyond for our customers –providing a differentiated experience on a variety of incoming calls and delivering financial solutions to help them bank better.

Responsibilities:
  • Strong communication skills: controlling and driving the conversation
  • Identify and capture sales opportunities that will enhance the customer relationship
  • Detailed orientated: proactively identify an issue and identify a product or service that will resolve the issue while enhancing the customer relationship.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Team player and goal oriented
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Solid time management
  • High School or equivalent required
  • Call Center and/or financial services experience preferred
