Position Summary The Maintenance Coordinator -- Lead, will supervise electricians and support staff personnel, managing them in a way that supports/enhances CVS principles and fosters teamwork and produces results. As Maintenance Coordinator -- Lead, you will supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair and testing of a wide range of electrical equipment such as programmable logic controllers, generators, motors, transformers, control panels, cables,power distribution systems and associated switch gear in the plant.

The Maintenance Coordinator -- Lead, will work with the facility engineering group to increase reliability while improving plant performance. The Maintenance Coordinator - Lead, will assure safe workplace practices are followed at all times and drive safety awareness through leading by example. As Maintenance Coordinator -- Lead, you will also improve and lead the electrical organization. This includes predictive, preventive and proactive electrical maintenance analysis as well as designing and implementing long-term continuous improvement applications and systems to enhance electrical reliability. You will meet and exceed objectives and metrics for safety, cost and productivity performance.

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Coordinator -- Lead, include:

Design, implement, maintain, and improve electrical instruments,equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems in a Corporate Environment.

Direct and coordinate construction, installation,maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements.

Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.

Respond and provide technical assistance to electrical equipment problems within the company-owned facilities.

Direct and oversee vendor/contractor shop repairs on high voltage systems, generators, UPS systems and equipment to ensure quality repairs are made to company standards

Improve plant/equipment reliability through historical trending and improved maintenance procedures.

Lead and participate in Failure Analysis and Vulnerability studies

Execute equipment maintenance strategies (predictive and preventive)

Insure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Identifies staff development and training needs and ensures that training is obtained.

Required Qualifications

7+ years experience in electrical operations

3+ years of experience maintaining large Mission Critical

Data Centers is required.

Knowledge of incoming power distribution, Uninterrupted

Power Supply Systems (UPS), Emergency Generators, Transfer Switches and all

phases of critical power supplies

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated strong supervisory skills and abilities is required.

Demonstrated ability to work with minimum supervision and effectively complete multiple complicated tasks.

Strong communication skills and ability to deal tactfully and efficiently at all levels of the organization.

Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills.

Awareness of operational safety requirements in a critical environment and ability to apply and follow procedures and requirements per regulatory bodies.

Strong desire to be a part of a high growth company with a willing to work in a team environment and a fast-paced, results-oriented culture.

Proof of completion of certified vocational training in the electrical field.

Higher education degree in Business or Construction Management.

Ability to pass State licensing requirements for Arizona.

Education Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
