About this job
Responsible for performing maintenance and troubleshooting on all HVAC equipment and boilers within the hospital and boiler room
Respond to work orders and maintenance requests
Perform work on basic industrial AC units
Troubleshoot chillers, pumps, ventilation systems and humidifiers
Solder copper for hot water tanks
Basic plumbing on drain lines and AC lines
Shift - Currently operate on a rotating shift. The maintenance department is open 24/7.
Candidates will primary rotate between 1st (7 AM- 3 PM) and 2nd shift( 3 PM- 11 PM). They will work one week on first and then the following week on 2nd shift. They will have to work the weekends and will have voluntary OT twice a month to work a double shift. Candidates will also be required to work at least 2 midnight shifts per month, when their current employee that works 3rd shift is off.
