Staffing and Scheduling Coordinator - Non-Medical In-Home Senior Care
Do you enjoy making a difference in the lives of others? Are you passionate about providing quality care to senior citizens? We are an established in-home, non-medical senior supportive care company looking for an experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented Scheduler and Staffing Coordinator to join us in our mission to enhance the lives of aging adults and their families. You will assist in managing the day-to-day scheduling operation in our Cary, IL office, filling shifts using computer software to match clients with the most appropriate CAREGivers. This involves extensive one-on-one interaction with our aging clients, their families and our CAREGiver staff.
The main attributes we are looking for are:

• Supervisor skill to oversee and work with our CAREGivers
• Ability to handle constantly changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow up skills and a willingness to work successfully at multiple tasks at the same time.
• Empathy for aging adults and an understanding of how best to support our Caregivers in what can be a stressful and challenging role.
• Critical thinking skills and the ability to work creatively and at times independently to produce an optimum solution.
• Proficient computer and data entry skills.
• Staffing experience preferred
