About this job
Multi-talented Construction Field Technician wanted for installation and repairs of various home structures and systems, including underground plumbing and plumbing fixtures, at busy residential remodeling construction company in Murrieta, CA. Projects include new residential construction, remodeling and landscaping. Full time direct hire position. Schedule: 8-5.
General Duties of the Construction Field Technician
- Inspect, repair, install plumbing and plumbing fixtures in heating, water and drainage systems
- Identify and correct electrical, plumbing and safety issues applicable to fixture installation
- Handle installation and finish of framing/cabinets
- Identify and order necessary project materials
- Perform project clerical duties as needed
- Facilitate projects, repairs and duties of subcontractors
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent a must
- 3 years experience in construction, must include plumbing experience
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Completion of technical/trade school courses in construction, plumbing or related field a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
