Manager Operations

Candidate will orchestrate operational flow, staffing schedules, and the direction of client/patient services as it relates to RCC and House of Hertz’s unique business needs. Candidate will direct and manage subordinates. Candidate will coordinate and direct positions of their duties when managing the alternate location as to allow for coordinated leadership for both locations at all times. Candidate will spend certain days clocked in at the RCC location and others clocked in at the House of Hertz location. Candidate will meet with company officers regularly to discuss company performance, areas of opportunity, budgets, P&L and other respective business related needs, projects, and objectives.
