JRayl Transport is hiring CDL A Regional Dry Van Drivers in Indianapolis, IN home weekends!  J. Rayl is a large, asset-based logistics company that has been family owned and operated for 35 years. Founders Tim Rayl and Jim St. John began the company with only five trucks on a small private farm in Akron, OH. Since its humble beginnings, J. Rayl has grown tremendously but still maintains a focus of creating a unique family environment for their CDL Class A Truck Drivers.

Compensation:

• Average weekly pay: $1,300-$1,500 
  • Base up to 55 CPM with an average of 2,400-2,800 miles weekly
  • Pay based on experience
• Bonuses
  • Military Veteran bonus $0.02 cpm
  • Safety Bonus: $250 per quarter with no violations
  • Referral Bonus: $1,250 paid out after referral runs their first load
  • Sign on Bonus: $5,000 paid out after 90 days
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Home Time, Route & Schedule

• Home Time: Home Every Weekend
• Schedule: Sunday through Friday (5.5 days week). Home every weekend
• Route: Varies by customer
• Level of Touch: All No Touch Freight

Equipment

• 2018 or newer International/Kenworth/Peterbilt/Freightliners
• Automatic and manual
• Cummins Engines
• Inverters in all trucks
• Bendix Safety System
• Samsara ELD
• Heaters/Double Bunks
• Governed speed: 68 mph

Qualifications

• Must have valid CDL A License
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a minimum of 12 months verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience with a clean driving record within last 12 months (no more than 2 violations)
• Manual endorsements preferred
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• Hiring Radius: Preferred within 50 miles of Indianapolis, IN or be willing to relocate for this position
