NFI Industries is hiring CDL A Dedicated Regional Conestoga Flatbed Drivers in the Plainfield, IN and Indianapolis, IN Areas.

Compensation

• Up to $93,000 per year -- uncapped earning potential!
• Paid via direct deposit weekly

Bonus Pay

• Uncapped bonus programs – Quarterly/Annual Safety Bonus - This is based on overall financial performance and driver safety
• $100 Clean Roadside Inspection Bonus
• Unlimited $2,000 Driver Referral Bonus (paid out at 30 days and 90 days)

Home Time, Route, & Schedule

• Home Time: Home on weekends and every 2-3 days
• Operating Area: Dedicated Round-Trip Flatbed/Conestoga runs primarily to IL, MI, OH, MN, KY, WI, and IA
• Driver Activity: Live unload and strapping required - no tarping. Flatbed experience preferred, training provided.

Equipment

• Late model automatic
• Flatbed / Conestoga -- no slip seating!

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have at least 1 year of Class A tractor-trailer experience & recent flatbed experience with safe driving record
• Must have CDL A license from your state of residence
• Hazmat Required (NFI will assist)
• Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
• Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
• No DUIs/Careless/Reckless convictions in the past 5 years. No more than 2 in 5 years.
• Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 75 miles of any of the below locations:
  • Plainfield, IN
  • Indianapolis, IN
  • Beech Grove, IN
  • Fort Wayne, IN
