With our rich history, starting out in 1935, we served the employees of the Mosinee Paper Mill with a tiny office in their punch house. Growing continually over the years, we currently serve over 16,000 members in five different Central Wisconsin communities.
This position is responsible for accurately supporting all functions of loan operations including but not limited to insurance, claims, reports, applications, document preparation, escrow, HMDA, & appraisals in accordance with Credit Union policies and procedures. Responsible for providing excellent, friendly service to internal and external members with requests, inquiries, and/or issues in a courteous and professional manner.
As a Lending Support Specialist I, some of your responsibilities are;

  • Serving as a Lending Support Specialist I.
  • Prepares and generates loan disclosures according to loan product, procedure, and TRID guidelines. Monitor real estate loans to ensure proper documents are obtained and completed; and have the proper closing documents.
  • Review and monitor all real estate, commercial, and consumer including but not limited to the following: insurance for changes and cancellations and maintain allied reports including the force placement of insurance when necessary, charge accounts within the allotted time permitted, and process refunds. Track UCC filings, DNR liens, & vehicle titles for perfecting lien in a timely manner.
  • Timely orders/underwrites appraisals, flood certifications, and title commitments. Interacts with title companies, and loan officers to assist in the lending process from beginning to end.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

1-2 years banking/credit union experience in consumer and/or real estate lending preferred. The ideal candidate will have the ability to build relationships and rapport with members and staff.
