ELS is hiring for the position of Front Desk/Guest Service FT/Seasonal- Arrowhead RV Campground in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.

Front Desk Clerk/Guest Services

Arrowhead RV Campground offers you the opportunity to learn, grow, and build your work experience and resume while working outside, smelling campfires, and being a team player. Our Front Desk and Guest Services staff provide exceptional customer service to facilitate memorable guest experiences.If you love the outdoors and have a desire to learn more about the hospitality industry this is a great position for you and a great addition to your resume. Learn how the hospitality business runs, be hands on with customers, and think on your feet.

Day-to-day tasks will include greeting and assisting guests, basic problem solving, making reservations, and creating memorable experiences. In addition, you will assist in the store and snack bar, providing quick-serve items. You will also assist in other departments as needed, since working with the whole team is a must.

Your job will include:

- Acting as thepropertyliaison and providing guestswith information,responding to questions in person and over the phone.

- Making reservations for customers and processing payments.

- Partner with yourManagers and communicate frequently toaddressinquiriesin a timely and professional manner.

- Prioritizecustomersatisfaction, address conflicts and solve problems promptly.

- Assist in the store & snack bar to provide quick-serve offerings to guests.

- Assist other team members and with special events as needed.

- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

- Attend staff meetings.

- Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner

Experience & skills you need:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Smiles and a positive attitude!

- Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.

- Willingness to try new things.

- Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.

- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

- Willing and able to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

Position Dates:

May-Septembe (can work weekends while still in school if needed and full-time in summer)
