POSITION

Job Summary:

The Crew Leader role is responsible for leading our ECI crews to daily success. Overseeing the quality of operations at all sites. Work with the Operations and Area Manager to help and maintain inventory, vehicles, and daily work orders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be knowledgeable and serve as a point of contact for crew members
• Help meet our customer’s needs and deliver quality service
• Use communication skills to relate goals and job expectations to crews.
• Use organizational skills to ensure that all scheduled work is completed in a timely manner and processed daily.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager for maintenance of company vehicles and equipment
• Coordinate and maintain rental equipment
• Review completed work orders each day with Operations and Area managers.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in leading and motivating crews
• Excellent customer service, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines timely with time-management and organizational skills
