In Search of: Sushi and Hibachi Chefs and Servers

Hello!
We are Tokyo Steakhouse on Salem Road in Conyers, GA.

We are currently looking to hire more Sushi and Hibachi Chef's for our restaurant! After a switch in ownership are noticing a higher volume in our sushi and Hibachi and would like to grow our team!
Our requirements include:

SUSHI:

• Proven experience as a sushi chef or sushi cook
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• At least 1 yr of experience required
  
  Base pay is starting at 250 per day, but subjected to change based of experience once hired.

HIBACHI:

• Prepare and cook a variety of proteins, vegetables, and rice on the hibachi grill
• Engage and interact with guests in a friendly and entertaining manner
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the hibachi area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service
• Previous experience as a hibachi chef or teppanyaki chef preferred
• Proficiency in hibachi cooking techniques and knife skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
  
  Base pay is starting at 200-250 per day, but is subjected to changed based off experience once hired.

SERVERS:

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen promptly.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation meet our high standards.
• Anticipate guests' needs and provide attentive and personalized service throughout their meal.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, stations, and service areas.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with tact and efficiency.
• Previous experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not necessary.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be fluent in english due to high volume and pace in the restaurant.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service to every guest.

Base pay is starting at 250 per day, but is subjected to changed based off experience once hired.
Server pay once hired is base pay + tips.
