Your Role: As the Retail & Community Engagement Manager, you will:

• Extend a warm welcome to guests, guiding them through our offerings and helping them discover new favorites.
• Oversee the creation and stocking of daily baskets, shelves, and displays, while providing personalized shopping assistance to our guests.
• Cultivate partnerships with local schools, realtors, title companies, and other community entities to support Knead Dough Fundraiser events, coordinating with the Home Office to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead and facilitate store events and classes, collaborating with store leadership and the Home Office to guarantee that these initiatives are successful, embody our brand, and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Support restaurant operations as needed and contribute to management meetings with valuable insights and strategies.

Who You Are: The ideal Retail & Community Engagement Manager will have:

• A proactive "can do" attitude, with the ability to actively engage with guests and confidently address their needs.
• A background in customer service or retail, with at least one year of experience preferred.
• A thorough understanding of compliance with food handler and sanitation regulations at all governmental levels.
• The flexibility to work various shifts, including peak lunch hours, Saturdays, and extended hours during the holiday season, as well as availability for Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks.
• You must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this managerial position.
