Temporary Copy Clerk - Talentzok
OVERVIEW
Are you looking for a new career opportunity with an exciting company?! Then we"ve got the right team for you! In this role, you"re responsible for the duties listed below.
Immediate opening for a Temporary Copy Clerk in Murietta, CA who possesses:
- Scanning Experience
- Good Computer skills
- Able to stand for long hours
- Must be available for 5 months (thru Mid August 2023)
- Punctual and reliable

FULL DUTIES:
- Make copies of office documents and file or distribute them
- Manage filing systems and logs
- Operate office machinery such as fax machines and copiers
- Ensure that all outgoing mail is appropriately handled and mailed out promptly
- Prepare forms and ensure printing of digital media
- Manage faxing duties and contact vendors for ensuring a continuous supply of materials
- Book binding, sorting and packaging finished printed materials, cutting lamination, and various other paper finishing tasks.
- Making Copies
- Using Excel and Word
Hourly Wage Range $15.90-16.00 DOE
