Are you ready to make your mark? If you're a CNC Programmer, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The CNC Programmer (Level 1) reports to Operations or Technical Leadership. The position supports production from a technical standpoint and has a basic understanding of the product being produced in the area. It is the first line of defense for production related issues. The position solves minor manufacturing problems and works with members to implement process and product improvements.

This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce. The ITAR defines a U.S. Person as a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident (i.e., 'Green Card holder'), or a protected person (e.g., asylee, or refugee).

Estimated hourly rate pay: $30.10 (minimum) - $37.64 (midpoint) - $45.149 (maximum) All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.

What You Will Be Doing
- Creates and edits Computer Numeric Controls (CNC) programs.
- Interprets work instructions and manufacturing documentation including setup data for CNC machines.
- Troubleshoots and solves problems.
- Dispositions standard nonconformance's
- Trains members on manufacturing processes
- Less than 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment required.
- High school diploma or international equivalent required.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes including CNC programming
- Basic understanding of cutting tools and machine capability
- Basic interpretation of specifications and participation in hardware disposition
