Department: Caro Rehab
Location: Caro, MI
Hours: Casual. Days. No Holidays. No Benefits.
Aspire Rural Health Systems is seeking a casual office assistant in our rehab department. We are looking for those with a great attitude to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals constantly striving to provide the highest quality of services for our patients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma and/or equivalent required
- Excellent computer skills/ability to quickly learn new applications.
- Professional demeanor and recognition of privacy and consideration for patients and families
RESPONSIBILITIES: The primary purpose of the job position is to perform a variety of administrative duties to ensure efficient operation of medical clinic. During clinic hours the office assistant will perform clinic front desk duties, including but not limited to, answering incoming telephone calls, obtaining and/or verifying patient information, scheduling patients, and patient check in/out.
