Shipping/Receiving Office Clerk

DAYSHIFT HOURS: 6AM-2:30PM

Job Summary

To support load out crew with all needed information / documentation for shipping and receiving finished goods. Help with checking in and out drivers when needed.

Essential Job Functions

Provide paper work (Pick Ticket) to Load out crew for loading
process and post paperwork in SAP & Dax
attain all appropriate signatures needed to complete paperwork
Check in and out drivers as needed
Manage aging finished goods for liquidate and donation orders
verify daily reports that orders are completed
receiving finished goods inbounds from other facilities
Manage restocking of pick locations
manage and create all paperwork for modular pallets
Manage past due open inbounds and outbound
correspond daily with CCNA on updates regarding customer Orders
Other duties may be assigned

Required Education and Experience

High School education or equivalent
Previous office or clerical experience
Ability to comprehend written instructions and office documents
Good math skills
Good telephone skills
The ability to proficiently operate generally used office equipment including personal computer equipment
Selected individual must have shown a demonstrated positive service attitude

Work Environment

This job operates in a clerical office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary. Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
