LOCATION & HOURS:

While preference is given to candidates who reside in UT, this remote position is available for people authorized to work in the US who live in these states: AK, AR, AZ, GA, ID, NV, NC, TN, TX, UT, and WI!

We provide a flexible schedule within our main business hours of 8 am - 5 pm MST. While you need to be available during these hours for client coverage, you can adjust your schedule for appointments or family needs as necessary!

As a remote Customer Service Rep - Account Manager, you're the linchpin between our cutting-edge hiring software and our valued clients, adeptly blending exceptional customer service with invaluable hiring support. Through personalized interactions over the phone and email, you excel in resolving technical issues and teaching our clients how to use our system. Your proactive and upbeat approach is the winning formula our clients need as they navigate the challenges of filling open positions. Collaborating closely with your team and clients, you play a pivotal role in identifying perfect candidates, crafting compelling postings, and designing effective screening questions. From scheduling appointments to resolving complaints, your keen attention to detail ensures top-tier support from inception to completion!
