Position Summary:

The Leasing Product Specialist is responsible for promoting and leasing company products to potential customers. This role involves supporting the automotive leasing product by providing detailed analysis for critical documents, guidelines, documentation, and marketing material.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support critical projects required in launching managing the product, lease documentation, and creating best practices for on-going efforts.
  • Support day-to-day efforts with Lease Product Teams and needs of operational groups to meet leasing targets and goals.
  • Create, modify, and maintain library of critical lease documents.
  • Maintain and develop appropriate lease product guidelines and documentation for Leasing product and operational activities.
  • Resolve customer and dealer issues during on-going development efforts.
  • Performs business reviews and special audits as required to assure compliance with company policies and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Stay current with product knowledge and market trends to effectively promote leasing opportunities.
  • Other duties may be assigned; responsibilities and activities may change.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of auto lending or auto leasing experience.

Education:

  • High school diploma and or GED.

Skills required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Strong intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications Preferred:

  • Experience Captive finance experience.
  • Education Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Skills Knowledge of leasing procedures and regulations in auto industry. MS Project is a plus.

Overtime required N/A

Travel 10-20% is required.

Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX.
