PAYROLL REPRESENTATIVE - Full-time / Part-time

Provides Customer Service to employees, timekeepers, managers and outside vendors by researching questions or issues received via email and phone.

Reviews and complete payroll corrections and additional payment forms submitted by timekeepers and managers. Also responsible for providing feedback on ways to prevent future payroll corrections and errors.

Responsible for data entry and verifies input for accuracy and completeness. Responsible for providing reports to departments and leaders through excel.

Responsible for wage attachments, maintaining appropriate records and communicating with the employee. 

One year of payroll or accounting experience preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Office
