HUD Recertification Clerk

Recertification Clerks needed in the Fort Worth area for a rapidly growing Management Company. Responsibilities include: conducting all recertification interviews, processing all recertification paperwork and conducting recertification unit inspections. Must be extremely outgoing and posses customer service skills. Communication and resident retention skills a must. This person will work closely with the Property Manager and will become familiar with the day to day activities associated with the residents and the Leasing Office. Knowledge in HUD policies and procedures is required, as well as have a minimum of 2 years experience. COS certification a plus and tax credit experience a MUST. Must pass background check.
