Seeking Primavera P6 Scheduler Journeyman Senior level. Qualified candidates will possess excellent functional knowledge of Primavera P6 and have the ability to create lifecycle schedule templates and initial engineering change package schedules utilizing Critical Path analysis.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities (These duties listed are not exhaustive.)

  • Qualified candidates will possess excellent functional knowledge of Primavera P6.
  • Prior experience with cost loaded schedules and earned value analysis.
  • Develop, manage, and maintaining large and complex project schedules, using Oracle Primavera P6.
  • Perform schedule analysis to identify quality issues, content gaps, risks and performance issues extensive experience in providing detailed analysis of project schedules, from project inception, through completion.
  • Have an understanding of policies, methods, and procedures that includes advanced planning and scheduling techniques, risk analysis, risk management, and support of project objectives.
  • The position requires critical thinking to develop and analyze resource loaded project schedules.
  • The Scheduler must understand and apply engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and interact professionally.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Educational requirements include a bachelor's degree in any course of study.
  • Must have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience developing resource loaded CPM project schedules using Primavera P6
  • experience developing resource loaded CPM project schedules in P6 (Primavera)
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Primavera P6
  • Proven experience running reports in Primavera.
  • Exceptional communication skills with others at all levels of organization.
  • Must be able to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Must be able to obtain an unescorted access badge.
  • Must have the ability to effectively communicate both orally and written;
  • Must have experience in running reports in Primavera; and have experience assisting and educating peers in developing P6 schedules.
  • English Language — Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
  • Engineering and Technology — Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
