Bilingual Construction Rental Equipment Branch Manager

We are currently hiring a bilingual branch manager in Norcross. We are looking for someone who has some experience with heavy equipment and rental heavy equipment in the construction industry.

The branch manager will be responsible for supervising and managing the branch. They will oversee financial reporting, hire and train staff, and grow branch revenue. Duties include managing and supervising employees, assisting customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Branch Manager Duties, Responsibilities and Qualifications

• MUST BE BILINGUAL SPANISH/ENGLISH
• Manages and supervises department employees, responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership.
• ensuring the delivery of quality customer service and the achievement of sales.
• Marketing branch within the community to attract business.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
• Eager to expand branch with new accounts, clients, and businesses.
• Proven experience in heavy equipment sales, rental, or both
• Ability to manage a team of 8 full-time employees effectively.
• Strong P&L management skills
• Previous management experience is essential.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Extensive experience in tool and equipment sales and rental is preferred.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday and some Saturdays.
