• Check in patients
• Register patients
• Enter patient demographics
• Verify patient or visitor identity by collecting information and photo ID
• Identify if patients can pay out of pocket fee or if they need assistance
• Explain consent forms they will need to sign
• Provide admissions paperwork
• Verify insurances and answer phones.
