Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Starting Pay: $20

Shift(s): 7 pm – 7 am

Requirements & Skills:

·Proven experience as a maintenance technician

·Certification in HVAC or relevant field

·High School Diploma preferred

·Knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and PLCs

·Able to use various machines, power tools, and hand tools

·Must be able to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

·Available for all shifts and overtime as needed

·General knowledge of maintenance methods and procedures

Responsibilities & Duties:

·Schedule and perform routine electrical, mechanical, and industrial maintenance.

·Dismantle machines and remove parts for repair using hand tools, jacks, cranes, hoists, etc.

·Inspect and test damaged equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or defects and make repair recommendations.

·Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments according to production specifications.

·Reassemble and operate machines to observe the mechanical operation and adjust controls as necessary.

·Perform building and property maintenance that may include repairs, welding, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work.

·Record all repair and maintenance information and complete other required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

·Read and follow work orders and instructions including blueprints, schematics, and specifications.

·Collaborate effectively with other team members to repair or move any machines, parts, or equipment.

·Perform all other duties as directed by management.

·Maintain a safe work environment by following company standards & procedures.
