To be a team member at most Chili’s restaurants you must be at least 16 years old. Some locations in the United States require employees to be 18 years old.  

Does Chili's require a drug test?

Chili’s doesn’t subject new employees to drug tests. The company does reserve the right to randomly test employees to maintain a drug-free environment.

How do much Chili's employees make?

The average hourly salary for servers, host/hostess, bussers, dishwashers, line cooks and kitchen staff is between $8.00-$12.00 per hour. Servers are compensated less per hour than other employees but have the opportunity to make tips. All employees enjoy competitive perks such as discounts, benefits, bonuses, vacations and more! 

What are the requirements to work at Chili's?
