You may submit such a request using the form below or by emailing privacy@snagajob.com (with “Data Subject Rights Request” in the subject). Please see our Privacy Policy for more information about these rights.

We will fulfill your request based on the information we store that is tied to the information you submit through this form. For instance, if you believe your personal information may be associated with more than one email address, you must submit a separate request for each email address and separately verify your identity. We will fulfill verified requests within a timeframe consistent with the law of your state.

If you are an authorized agent submitting a request on behalf of another individual, please provide the information below for both your client and yourself.

NOTE: When we handle information about Seekers who use our Services to fill out job applications or onboarding documents/forms for specific Employers or otherwise communicate directly with Employers (“Employer Direct Engagement”), we do so on behalf of the Employers as a service provider or processor. Please note that this form does not apply to information collected by Employers through Employer Direct Engagements. If you are submitting a request for Seeker information collected through an Employer Direct Engagement, please contact the Employer on whose behalf we handle the data and we will await the Employer’s instructions on how to handle it.
