Carpet and Floor Maintenance Technician

Now hiring full time carpet and floor maintenance technicians. Most work is performed during 5PM - 2AM; however, there is 1st and 3rd shift work as well as travel so schedule flexibility is important. Stated wage is entry level and consideration for hire as well as higher starting wage will be given to experienced candidates with proven work history and references. There is also room for increased wages based on performance, tenure, product knowledge and ability to learn and execute other related services. All training and company van provided.  Paid time, lodging and food allowance included when traveling out of town. Available benefits include Technician Bonus Program, Healthcare, Earned Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays. Current Technicians earn up to 20% Overtime.  Opportunity requires a valid driver's license, 10-year back ground verification and must pass drug test. Applicant must be able to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs and speak & write English.
