Position Description:
Always Best Care Senior Services is looking for full or part time Care Coordinators to market our In-Home Care and Assisted Living Placement services.  

Our Care Coordinators market our home care and placement services to Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Communities, Doctors' Offices and other senior care referral sources. They will work closely with clients and their family members to initiate In-Home Care, or to place seniors in Independent or Assisted Living Communities.  This candidate will be responsible for developing sales opportunities, promoting a positive image of our business in the community, and representing us at community functions and professional organizations.  

Compensation is a base salary with a generous commission plan and a monthly expense allowance.   

Required Skills:

  • Established and verifiable track record in sales and sales territory development
  • Healthcare and/or In-Home Care industry experience
  • Experience in building strategic customer relationships and alliances
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • A strong desire for working with the elderly and with other professionals who serve the senior community
  • 3 – 5 years of home care sales/marketing experience preferred
  • Team player but also able to work independently 
  • Goal oriented, energetic, self-starter
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate referral sources and family schedules

What you'll be doing:

  • Opening and developing new and existing referral partnerships with local hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, home health care providers and other organizations and facilities that serve the senior population
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with Case Managers, Social Workers, Discharge Planners, Nurses, Administrators, Physicians, Elder Law Attorneys, and other referral sources of in-home care services
  • Representing Always Best Care Senior Services at professional organizations, vendor fairs and community functions.
  • Conducting educational in-services and outreach presentations for healthcare professionals and others
  • Following territory management plan to achieve required targeting, reach and frequency of sales calls
  • Executing sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly goals
  • Working with referred client leads to promote our services and develop new clients 
  • 85% of the time spent in the field
