We have a full-time opening for a Sales & Catering Coordinator.

Must be able to work at least 5 shifts per week.

Scope Responsibilities

The Sales Coordinator position supports and assists designated managers in daily tasks. The candidate who fills this important role will be responsible for interacting with sales managers, department managers, and members of the operating teams to ensure excellent guest service and to communicate the goals of the organization to the client.
Creates contracts, thank you letters, resumes, daily events for sales and catering managers and distributes according to standards (email, regular mail, and fax).
Creates new files
Files all catering correspondence and contracts
Workswith Sales Pro and merges contracts, resumes, records activities
Makes copies of banquet event orders or other paperwork for distribution to appropriate departments
Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:
Previous hotel front office and/or administrative experience preferred
Hilton OnQ experience a plus
Solid Microsoft Office skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Basic accounting skills; ability to reconcile billing/receipts
Sales Pro experience a real plus
Must be available to work a flexible schedule including some weekends.
