 Sales Associate/Estimator

Merry Maids, the nation’s largest residential cleaning franchise is seeking a part-time Sales Associate/Estimator for our Greater Orlando office. Goal is to help grow our business by conducting in-home sales presentations to evaluate & identify the condition of a home & assign an accurate price.Weekly pay, bonuses & paid mileage. Must have car. Training provided. No cold calling, all appointments are pre-set.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Obtain new Merry Maid customers for weekly, biweekly, monthly or one-time cleanings.
  2. Professionally & accurately present Merry Maids service to prospective customers.
  3. Arrive on time for all sales appointments.
  4. Accurately record all rooms & items to be cleaned.
  5. Determine the price for cleaning services using company pricing guidelines.
  6. Follow up on all unclosed estimates via notes, email, texts and phone calls.
  7. Maintain sales activity records
  8. Participate in public relations & promotional efforts as required.

Essential Qualifications

  1. Speaking & hearing English clearly in person & on telephone.
  2. Reading & writing English clearly.
  3. Excellent communication & listening skills.
  4. Ability to establish rapport with customers & staff.
  5. Responsible, organized, energetic.
  6. Ability to use a computer
  7. Ability to drive personal car to several locations throughout day.
  8. Ability to handle objections & constructive criticism.
