The Indirect Latino Sales team at Dish plays a vital role in the overall success of the business. Spanning from New England to the West Coast, the team is comprised of a large group of talented people. The Business Development Manager - Latino Sales plays a vital role in supporting this team.

Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

  • This position's main role is to develop national Latino marketing initiatives
  • Heavy emphasis on developing new distribution through a comprehensive prospecting strategy
  • Analyze overall Latino US market to develop programs to strengthen Latino distribution
  • Work closely with Latino marketing team and vendors with focus in events, marketing materials and advertising campaigns
  • Provide Latino Account Managers more support and tools to focus their efforts driving additional TVRO business within respective regions
  • Assists management with various reports and proposals as deemed necessary
  • Attend internal meetings to provide feedback on the impact of any potential changes to the indirect sales channel

A successful Business Development Manager - Latino Sales will have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university required
  • 2-4+ years of relevant experience required
  • Bilingual in Spanish required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient MS Office/Excel
  • Strong computer skills; basic electronics and/or audio/video knowledge is helpful
  • Strong customer service skills; personable and professional demeanor motivated with a strong work ethic and high degree of integrity
  • Be willing to travel up to 10%
