Chief Operating Officer - Full-time

Summary:

This position will report direct to the Executive Director.  The Chief Operating Officer will work in tandem with the Executive Director in managing the business operations of a rapidly growing organization while also assisting in the aggressive and successful growth of the company.

Primary Responsibilities:

•Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass business goals and objectives.

•Work closely with all members of management to create a solid operational foundation.

•Provide exceptional leadership to multiple departments and groups.

• Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.

• Knowledge share and brainstorm with management team to create strategy for development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.

• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.

• Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.

• Represent the company with clients and partners.

Requirements:

This is an executive level position and requires the following experience and education:

• 5+ years in an executive level, decision-making position

• 5+ years in the healthcare industry, in any position (with demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and other managed healthcare regulations)

• Master’s Degree, preferably in a healthcare related discipline
