Experience is Necessary Applicants interested in the Shift Manager position must have at least 2 years of management experience. It is not necessary to have experience managing in the food industry, but it is a plus. Shift managers must be able to work no less than 5 days a week, including Saturdays. The schedule may not be a set one, it might change from week to week.
