 Our Companions assist our clients with:
 
 • Transportation to/from medical appointments
• Shopping and errands
• Meal preparation and clean up
• Support for clients with memory impairment
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Medication reminders
• Emotional support and companionship
 
….. Our Personal Care Assistants (HHA/CNA) also assist our client with:
 
 

• Dressing and grooming assistance
• Showering and bathing
• Toileting/incontinence issues
• Transfers in/out of wheelchair or bed

 
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
 
Communicating client needs with the home office
Updating all licenses and documents as requested
Accepting and completing all training
Reporting hours according to office policy
Following company policies, including dress code
 
To be qualified, all candidates must:
 
Have the ability to push, pull of lift 25 lbs
Be adaptable to various living environments
Have effective written and verbal communication skills
Possess solid professional and personal references
Have a suitable  a pre-employment drug screen and background check
 
We have a 3 hour shift minimum and service the following towns: Stoneham, Malden, Melrose, Wakefield, Saugus, Everett, Revere, East Boston, Winthrop, Lynn, Chelsea and Nahant
