You will oversee the daily operation and manage all aspects of the business to ensure it meets profitability projections. This involves effectively marketing the store and its products to the community. You will be responsible for coaching, managing and training Associates to peak levels of productivity, efficiency and teamwork while encouraging an atmosphere of fun, accomplishment, development and teamwork. This will ensure that our customers receive the high quality service and personal attention they deserve.


 


You will make the most of your exceptional business and personnel management skills to prioritize and accomplish multiple management tasks within established timeframes. You will also make sure that merchandise is properly priced, displayed, and stocked as well as ensure all expenses are maintained within budgeted levels.

To qualify for this rewarding role, you will need one or more years of management experience, ideally in a retail environment. Some college level business/management courses preferred.  You must be proficient in mathematics as well as basic accounting and sales techniques. Exceptional communication, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills are also required. Computer proficiency is essential.
