Assistant Manager - Full-time / Part-time

• Role models organizational values and behaviors, including external and internal customer satisfaction.
• Effectively and efficiently leads a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure 100% customer satisfaction by delivering friendly service, great product quality, in a clean environment.
• Builds the business by being top line driven (sales growth) and bottom line conscious (profitability)
• Partners with the Managing Partner to control day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, and developing the restaurant team.
• Partners with the Managing Partner to control profit & loss, by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions
• Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds through the use of a preventative maintenance program
• Follows all corporate & local marketing programs.
• Ensures a safe working and customer experience environment by facilitating safe work behaviors of the team
• Ensures OSHA, local health and safety codes, and company safety, food safety and security policy are met.
• Assists in creating a “great place to work’ with a culture of teamwork, accountability and recognition.
